4. Evidence of regular fire drills - monthly, with photographs
5. Working condition of fire alarms
6. Joint alarm system for all floors and sections of the unit
7. 45 liter water drum on every floor for water supply
8. Fire Equipment List
9. Fire equipment at the correct height and accessible everywhere
10. All Passage keep free
11. Fire Extinguisher using Policy posted (Red mark up / down / Check list sign).
12. Fire Hose Pipe: water supply is working
13. All Time Exit Light On
14. Smoke Detector in position (Over Electric Board/Carton Store / Fabric Store etc).
15. Smoke detectors in working condition
16. Accurate evacuation plans (several on each floor)
17. 1 fire extinguisher for every 1000 sft of used space
18. Rooftop cannot be sealed - has to be open and accessible
