EVACUATION RESPONSIBILITIES DURING FIRE DRILL

Fire drill conducted by HR Director and Compliance Manager of Ananta group.

During fire drill, duties of responsible persons in every floor are given below:

1.     Evacuation team: Task of evacuation team is to remove all people from the floors and inform below. A.G.M. to Line Chiefs is included in evacuation team.

2.     Fire Fighter Team: In every floor, 10 trained members are in fire fighter team and they are selected from all employees. Their task is to extinguish the fire with fire equipment machine at any cost.

3.     Rescue Team: In every floor, 6 trained persons are available to help safe exit of all people. Mainly, quality, line chief, supervisor etc. are included in rescue team.

4.     First Aid Team: In every floor, 6 trained persons are available to provide primary aid to injured persons. Quality, line chief, supervisor etc. are included in rescue team.

5.     Electrician Team: Responsible persons from electric and admin department are responsible for switching off of the entire electric switch.

6.      Fire alarm: Responsible persons from maintenance and compliance departments are responsible to ring the fire alarm.
