Compliance Checklist: Chemical, Production & Electrical Safety

1. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for all Chemicals used and related training record
2. MSDS at store area, usage place & on body of container.
3. Translated & summarized MSDS in all above places
4. MSDS Container labeling
5. Spot removing room should be closed
6. Exhaust fans needed in chemical usage rooms
7. Impervious plastic gloves to be used by chemical users
8. Mask to be used by all chemical users and people accessing the areas
9. Aprons and impervious body protective suits to be worn by users
10. Goggles to be used by chemical users
11. Registers to be used for issuance of these on a daily basis
12. Basin in place for washing eyes
13. Evidence and documents of chemical safety training
14. Evidence of boxes for broken needle carrying.
15. Needle guards in place
16. Pulley covers in place
17. Cutter /Scissor/Knife Must be attach with the belt
18. Updated and adequate number of evacuation plans
19. Machinery Safety - 
• eye Guard / Bell Cover/ Rubber mat
• Personal Safety - Metal Gloves / Hand GlovesGoggle / Mask/ Ear Plug - Button op, Thread Sucker, bartack Op
20. Iron covers to be provided
21. Compressor machine area should be protected
22. No pins used on notice boards.
23. Water facility in toilets
24. No staplers should be used in production floors
25. PP section impervious
26. Spot Man - Apron, Goggle, Hand Gloves, Chemical Mask, and Ear Muffler to be used.
27. Boiler operators have to use Ear Muff
28. Spot rooms should have exhaust fan & door to be closed all time.
29. MSDS should be posted at spot cleaning room
30. Aisles Marking
31. Unused buttons should not be kept on floors.
32. Servicing cards have to be filled in and attached with the machines.
33. All the machines should be cleaned on regular basis.
34. No exposed or loose electric wires should be in the building
35. Electric control panels should be closed
36. Inner covers should be attached with electric switch board
37. Rubber mats should be given under SDB & iron tables
38. No oil or fuel containers to be kept near electric circuit boards and main points
39. No electric points near fabric store
